Do I need an account or login?
No. Spiritual Me does not require an account to start a session. Download the app and begin with how you feel.
Is Spiritual Me available on Android?
Yes. Spiritual Me is available for iPhone and Android, with the same guided check-in, breathing, and reflection experience.
Does Spiritual Me help with stress?
Spiritual Me is designed to support daily calm through breathing, reflection, and mindful activities. It is not medical treatment, but many people use it to ease stress and anxious moments.
How is Spiritual Me different from large meditation libraries?
Many meditation apps start with a large library of courses and sounds. Spiritual Me starts with how you feel and guides you through one calming session, so there is nothing to browse or figure out.
Does Spiritual Me work with Apple Health?
On iPhone, you can optionally connect Apple Health to save completed sessions as mindful minutes. State of Mind is a separate optional permission. Spiritual Me does not read your health data. See https://spiritualme.com/apple-health for details.
Can I include spiritual texts in my sessions?
Yes — optionally. You can select spiritual books that matter to you: Tao Te Ching, Psalms & Proverbs, Gospels, and The Holy Quran. Reflections inspired by your selection may appear during a session. It is always optional, respectful, and never required. Spiritual Me is a mindfulness app, not a religious study product.
Is Spiritual Me therapy or medical treatment?
No. Spiritual Me is a mindfulness and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. See our Disclaimer page for more.
How much does Spiritual Me cost?
Spiritual Me is free to download. Begin with the full experience. A subscription unlocks the full ritual on every return visit. Pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
