Why I built Spiritual Me
Spiritual Me started from a simple frustration: most meditation apps ask you to browse a catalog when what you really need is to notice how you feel and shift it in minutes.
I built Spiritual Me as a single guided path — Awareness, Guidance, Reflection, and Completion — shaped by five nature-inspired themes and the feeling you choose at the start of each session.
It is an Apple Entrepreneur Camp alumni app designed for people who want presence without pressure, streaks, or choice overload.
